Prashanthi Seva

Puttaparthi, the Holy Abode of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, invites footfalls from 186 Countries across the World. The Ashram of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba (Prasanthi Nilayam) is run by Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust. The Ashram offers various facilities to the visiting Devotees.

To maintain the facilities offered at Prasanthi Nilayam, manpower is needed. Ashram runs with skeletal regular staff who are to monitor the day to day activities. Other facilities are looked after by Devotees of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba as Service to their God and help in maintaining and running the Ashram facilities like canteen, security etc.  This service is called as Prasanthi Nilayam Service.

Bhagawan has given a Divine Opportunity to serve at HIS LOTUS FEET exclusively to all the Sevadal  of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, India, in the form of Prashanti Nilayam Services to uplift our day to day Saadhana. All the 29 States of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations participate in a fixed schedule of roster prepared covering all the 365 days of the year to perform Prashanti Nilayam Services. Likewise Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State are allotted Prashanti Nilayam Services.

The Prashanthi Seva Service allotted for the twin states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State are as

January 1^st to 15^th January                           2 Batches and  Special Sports Batch,

April 1^st to 30^th April                                      3 Batches and Special Batch for Aaradhanotsavam

November 15^th to 30^th November                 2 Batches and Special Batch for Swami Birthday
